My son saved up and bought his own e-scooter from this service. The first issue was a broken fork, but they sent a replacement part fairly quickly. The next problem was a completely snapped shaft, and I was instructed to return the whole scooter to the shop in the U.K. They promised a refurbished scooter would be sent out upon receipt. I sent it back over four weeks ago and have yet to receive a replacement. After a couple of follow-up emails, I was told to wait ‘a few more days for dispatch’. I’ve sent three more emails since and have not received a reply. Very poor customer service, and one very disappointed child.
