I purchased two of these bikes for my kids. Both worked fine on the first ride, but when I tried to charge them afterward, one battery would not charge at all.

I troubleshot the issue myself by swapping the batteries between the bikes. The bike worked perfectly with the other battery, which confirmed the issue was 100% a defective battery.

I contacted the company and sent them photos and videos explaining the problem. After going back and forth, they finally agreed the battery was defective and told me they would send a replacement.

That was over a month ago.

Since then I have sent multiple messages asking for an update and have received no response at all. The company has completely ghosted me after acknowledging their defective product.

Now I’m stuck with a $500 bike that my child cannot use, and replacement batteries for this model are not readily available anywhere else.

At this point, I will be exploring consumer protection options, including filing a chargeback and submitting complaints with consumer review platforms, because a company should stand behind its product and honor what it promises to customers.

If you’re considering buying from this company, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Quick to take payment, but sent a faulty item

They are quick to take your payment and send a defective scooter. Then they ask you to return it at your own expense, even after you’ve paid over £250 for a faulty product. You end up spending £40 to return it and receive nothing in exchange! It feels like a scam.

I think this service is no longer viable

I suspect this service is no longer viable. After minimal use, my son's scooter had a fork break. They were responsive and sent a new set of forks, but then it started to slow down, and the speedometer got stuck at 12mph. It was still under warranty, so I reached out to them. They directed me to a repair center that is no longer operational and then stopped responding altogether. I would recommend steering clear.

My strong recommendation is to avoid this platform

In my strong opinion, you should steer clear of this platform. I ordered a scooter for my brother, and shockingly, after just a month of light use, it broke in half. Their customer service was equally disappointing. Initially, they responded quickly when they wanted the defective scooter back, but once they received it, communication slowed significantly. It has now been seven weeks, and despite the warranty, I still haven't received a replacement. Their responses became increasingly delayed, and now they've stopped replying entirely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

Disappointing customer service experience

Disappointing customer service experience; the chat feature never responded to my multiple inquiries. The scooter arrived with screen scratches in the basket and a broken headlight. I also tried emailing with no success. I regret giving this service a chance despite the warnings in other reviews.

Poor after-sales service, still waiting for a replacement

My son saved up and bought his own e-scooter from this service. The first issue was a broken fork, but they sent a replacement part fairly quickly. The next problem was a completely snapped shaft, and I was instructed to return the whole scooter to the shop in the U.K. They promised a refurbished scooter would be sent out upon receipt. I sent it back over four weeks ago and have yet to receive a replacement. After a couple of follow-up emails, I was told to wait ‘a few more days for dispatch’. I’ve sent three more emails since and have not received a reply. Very poor customer service, and one very disappointed child.

Terrible experience with customer service

Terrible experience with customer service. I reached out regarding an issue with my e-scooter and had to repeat myself multiple times because the agent was either unresponsive or not paying attention. Each response felt like starting over. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. For a service offering expensive products, I expected a basic level of competence and accountability, but it feels like they disregard you once they’ve secured your payment. Avoid.
