I purchased this scooter in April 2025, and the entire screen stopped working while the speed was inaccurately displaying one while I was going fast. I contacted them, and they said to send it back for a new one. After two weeks, I received the replacement, but a month later, the throttle stopped working. I reached out again, and they offered to send a new throttle or suggested a repair shop, which was too far for me. They then gave me an address to send it back with no label or instructions. After a week without a reply, I contacted the payment service, and they provided a label. After another week, I received the scooter back with a used throttle, and now, two weeks later, the same issue has occurred again within six months. I want my money back, and they keep telling me to send it back. I barely used it for a full month before it broke. I want my £200 back; DO NOT PURCHASE THIS, SPEND £400 ON A BETTER OPTION THAT OFFERS REFUNDS FOR RECURRING ISSUES.
