I purchased the AOVOPRO ES80 Electric Scooter from this company on November 29, 2024, for £209. It was advertised as a high-speed, long-range scooter and came with a 2-year warranty.A few months later, the throttle button became faulty. The scooter would no longer reach full speed unless I manually pushed the button into place. I contacted customer service with all the required proof (photos, detailed explanation), and they offered to send me a part to repair it myself.I made it very clear that I do not have the tools or technical skills to do that kind of repair. I asked for a replacement, as I’m entitled to under UK consumer law. I have sent multiple emails and even a final warning with a 7-day deadline, but they have ignored me completely since. This company is not honoring their warranty and is in violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I will now proceed with: • Filing a complaint via Citizens Advice and Trading Standards • Opening a case in Small Claims CourtIf you’re thinking of buying from this company – don’t. They abandon you the moment something goes wrong.
