I purchased a scooter for just under £300 in Nov 24. It was a Christmas present for my son... so didn't ride it until after Christmas. He has rode the scooter just 7 times in total. The handle bars have come loose so he is afraid to ride it. I have contacted aovo by email. I got a reply from aovo saying. "This is a common fault and I should just put some tape around it" if this is a common fault?? Then it should have a product recall and be rectified?? The warranty is 2 years. So I am well within the warranty. After I challenged them and said it needs rectifying by them self's and that just putting a bit of tape on it is not good enough... they are now ignoring my emails. Piss poor company with no customer service skills what so ever. And they are still selling scooters with defects.
