Worst customer service ever exist on the planet they take ages to respond to your emails. I bought scooter last year and there was a problem with the scooter so they told me to return it back to us and we will repair it . And now its almost more than six months waiting for my scooter but no response . At the end i would say dont waste your money on these avopro scooters .
