their drivers are not COLLECTING THE GOODS. They decide when ever they will collect goods and they pass without advising. And they don't have the details such as acces codes I provided by written at least 4 times. so they pretend they passed by to collect but nobody was there. They dare saying no worries tomorrow will be done and nothing happens. It is exhausting to see such incompetence of people hired by such companies. My struggle started the 27th of july and we are the 20th of august.
I placed a delivery request on August 18th, 2025 to receive my parcel on August 20th, 2025. I specifically chose this date because I was available to receive it. However, on the delivery day, I was notified that my parcel was delayed and would not be delivered as scheduled. This is extremely frustrating, as I made the request well in advance and organized my time accordingly. Very poor service and lack of reliability.
My dad has been very disappointed in the AA vehicle inspection report for a car they purchased. October '24 the AA inspector passed the wheels and tyres. A few days prior to this there had been advisories on the tyres and these were condemned as dangerous. New tyres were purchased 7.4.25 after garage inspection. The tyres deflated 7 days after inspection costing £662.27 at tyre pros who gave us a full report. My father had been in touch with a woman called lady at the AAs Ware office but he felt she was just giving him the 'run around' and he did no get anywhere with her in looking into this matter.I gave you my father's contact details and he doesn't believe you have tried to contact him.
