Fraudulent company – took £30 without authorisationI did not place any order with this company, yet £30 was taken from my account without my consent. I immediately reported it to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.After receiving an email from “Team Aparthy” claiming to have shipped a product I never ordered, I tried to contact them for a refund, but their email address doesn’t work and there is no legitimate contact option. This appears to be a scam.If you see any adverts or offers from “Aparthy” or receive messages from them, do not provide payment details. Contact your bank straight away and report it to Action Fraud UK.No genuine business should charge customers without authorisation or make themselves uncontactable.
