Aparthy is scamming customers.
I purchased a product from this company and paid for my first order as a one-time purchase. I never subscribed to any membership or recurring service. However, on 02/08/26, another charge was taken from my account without my authorization.
When I logged into their app to check for any subscriptions, there were no active subscriptions listed under my account. I contacted the company multiple times and received no response.
Additionally, the product I received does not look like what was advertised. Due to the unauthorized charge, lack of communication, and misleading advertising, I believe this company is engaging in fraudulent practices.
I am proceeding with legal action regarding being scammed by this company. I strongly advise others not to purchase from Aparthy.
I received the hair growth product but chose not to open it, as I consulted my doctor first. He advised against using it due to concerns about the ingredients, particularly since it's from China and there have been issues with similar products. I've attempted to reach out to the support team three times without any response. I read that I need to return the product within 14 days at my own expense, but there's no address provided for the return. I suspect it may need to be sent back to China, which would cost more than the product itself. I'm very disappointed with this company and urge caution.
I ordered a product 10 days ago but have yet to receive it. Tracking shows a label was created, but it was never handed over for shipping. They've taken my money, and despite sending emails, there's been no response. The service is quite disappointing.
I've been dealing with thinning edges for over a year and tried numerous products to no avail. After seeing the serum on social media, I decided to try it. I emailed a representative for usage advice, and after three weeks, I noticed tiny baby hairs at my hairline corners. My husband even commented on the improvement! The prompt response from the representative was impressive.
I received my product, but they attempted to charge an additional $90 to my card today, which thankfully didn’t go through. I’ve now blocked them from future transactions. I’ve noticed that this has happened to others as well. While I haven’t seen improvement yet, it’s only been a month, but no business should charge cards without consent.
I've always had a receding hairline and tried various oils and treatments without success. A friend recommended a serum, and after using it nightly on my hairline, I started noticing fine baby hairs after about three weeks. The representative addressed all my questions regarding usage.
