The customer service just goes back and forth with you promising to update addresses and send product out and then don’t. They charged me for three months worth of product and I have not seen any of it . I’ve asked for a refund and they stopped emailing me back and I have no refund. I’ve told them my correct address several times now and they never update it when they say they have and the product just keeps getting sent back because they don’t add my apartment number.
