After I paid $350 to for a Premium upgrade I couldn't figure out why an apartment that i have rented out for 20 years was not getting any responses. So I decided to review my post and discovered that Apartments.com added their disclaimer at the top of my post which directly contradicted my add. My listing includes $400 of free utilities but the disclaimer says the opposite. I contacted them to see if they could move the disclaimer to the bottom of the post, of course they could not. Unfortunately, for me the only thing I could do is lower the advertised rent then mention an additional $400 charge in the description which is false advertising. They need to show prospective landlords/managers paying for the service what will be at the forefront of the post before money is exchanged. What a waste of money.Zillow charges $29 for a Premium listing and I found a tenant from Zillow.
