Ledford Place was recently bought out, and it has steadily gone downhill. The buildings are old, moldy, roach infested, smelly, damp, and noisy. When you don't hear the music blasting from cars in the parking lot at 2 a.m., you hear the never ending LOUD noise of semi trucks roaring past on the expressway, which is right next to the apartments. The smell of weed is constant, pouring through the vents. When management is informed, they could care less. The ceilings are deteriorating, the bathroom lights are rusty, the inside of the kitchen cabinets are literally rotting away. The windows are constantly wet and mildewy. The exterior hallways are cluttered with junk and trash bags. Many of the back patios look like dumpsters. Did I mention that homeless people sleep in the laundry room at night, and leave in the morning before the new manager arrives? The glossy photos you see on their website are fake. Drive by this DUMP and see for yourself how it really looks!

My advertisement was completely incorrect. I expressed my concerns multiple times. When I received calls, no one was there when I answered. I raised my issues, and they provided the number that called me, but when I dialed it, I only heard a beeping sound. I'm still being charged the full amount for the ad. I have already rented through another platform. I will never waste my money on this again, as I have to pay for it. It was my own mistake! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

It’s been a truly positive experience.
I wish landlords would stop using this platform. It's terrible for tenants and they struggle to manage applications. Their email support is dismissive and tells you to just 'try again' because they just want another fee, forcing you to call for a real response. This service was poor a decade ago, and it seems like nothing has improved since. (As both a renter and a property manager) this platform is extremely unprofessional.
