I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with APC Postal Logistics. My package has been stuck in Amsterdam since December 12 with no tracking updates. Despite reaching out to them, I received a generic response stating that delivery typically takes 4-9 business days and that delays “may happen.” It’s now well beyond their estimated timeline, and no clear explanation or resolution has been provided.What’s even more disappointing is the lack of proactive communication or effort to escalate the issue. As the carrier, APC Postal Logistics should be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and addressing problems when delays occur, but they’ve failed on both fronts.I cannot recommend their service, as they seem unable or unwilling to provide reliable delivery or meaningful customer support.
