Unresponsive and Untrustworthy Service

I was charged twice for non-existent packages, totaling nearly 40 dollars, and the support team has completely ignored my inquiries. I haven't received a refund and feel that this service is unreliable.

I ordered from a USA store on October 20th, expecting delivery by November 6th. As of today, it still hasn't arrived and seems to be stuck in another country. I've submitted two help requests but haven't received any response.

I wish companies would stop using this service

My recent experience involved ordering some trading cards internationally from a seller that uses this service. I got an email confirming shipment, but five days later, the only update was that a label had been created. Meanwhile, some peers in my country received their items. I emailed the seller, and they just told me to wait. Eventually, the website updated to show my shipment was picked up and sent. Fast forward a week—my order is in the country but stuck at customs. They can't clear it for delivery and have been trying to contact the 'receiver or importer,' but I haven't heard anything. Previously, my package was delayed for days, and UPS even came to my apartment for more information because the service was unresponsive. International shipping is expensive, and it would be nice to receive items when expected.

What logistics company fails to track packages?

What logistics company fails to track their packages? This service is the answer. Like many reviews here, I ordered something, and my package is now a month late with no updates—essentially lost. They claim they don't track it; they just send it off and hope it arrives. DO NOT USE.

Package said estimated delivery between...

The package was supposed to be delivered between July 29th and August 4th. I've contacted them multiple times through their portal with no response and no contact number available. It's been over two weeks now with no update on my parcel. Did anyone else with a bad experience with this courier even receive their item? This is beyond ridiculous.

There has been no response whatsoever. The estimated delivery is over two weeks off, and still no updates. I can't reach them via email, and there are no phone numbers listed anywhere.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Their website promises real-time updates, but it’s been two weeks with no updates and no responses to my emails! I'm so disappointed. Update: they claimed they don’t have my package. Unbelievable.

No replies to emails or updates even 16 days after it was supposedly delivered. The estimated delivery is off by at least a week. It's been 15 days with no updates on the package and no support. Terrible experience; not recommended.
