I ordered from a USA website which (very unfortunately) utilised APC Logistics. They ‘attempted to deliver’ 11 days ago, stating the reason they could not deliver was because the address was wrong. When I went into the tracking, the address was correct, but this didn’t seem to matter to the very poor and lazy customer service department. When I asked if I could change the (already correct) address, they stated they can’t change the address after it had been attempted to be delivered. They did not even give me an option to pick it up from a hub (like most delivery services), nor did they state they intend to return it to the seller. A direct quote from the most current email from customer support: ‘we cannot make any guarantees that the product will be redelivered’. No guarantees? You’re the only player in this game, so do your one job and guarantee the delivery of the package. My package is currently in APC purgatory and I have very little hope it will ever escape to its proper resting place. I, however, am in hell dealing with these DHL knockoffs. Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Businesses NEED to stop utilising these scam artists.
