Said my estimate delivery was 27 march-31 march, its already 5 April and i see it no where? I brushed it off because I live in Singapore but the thing is, my parcel is already IN Singapore since 23 March. I contacted their support team through their gmail and still no reply? First time using their service and its definitely a bad impression. I understand if its late a day le two but this is unacceptable.
