We hadn’t had anything delivered by this company before until this parcel- they delivered on time, the parcel was still in perfect condition and the time slot was decent so we weren’t waiting in all day. The driver was polite and we would definitely use them again

Absolutely terrible shipping. Paid for 1-2 day shipping, package got delayed and rescheduled for 5 days later. I should have spent less money for 4-5 day shipping instead of this less than decent shipping. First time using it and its god awful. Not even a tracking update or anything. Most useless waste of space on earth.

Was expecting a 'Next day business" delivery on 14 th April and have had to call for an update despite receiving daily emails with a 2 hour time slot !
When I explained that the parcel was "time sensitive " I was told -we are running behind of the bank holiday" that was 10 days ago!!! If you are that busy and your driver hasn't departed by 9 am then don't take on any more deliveries that you cannot guarantee !

Well that's fine then.

Having worked in conjunction with the Apathetic Parcel Company, I can say that nothing has changed over the years, they are still has incompetent as they always have been.

The customer service team have been very good.
They have taken a real interest in my issue and have sorted it out.
Sadly the item was again damaged in transit and is being returned to the supplier.
Much praise to the CS team.
Hub and depots, sort your life out and take more care when handling consignments.

First of all they found the house without any problem unlike many other delivery companies. Secondly our long drive was blocked by a large truck so the delivery guy had to make 2 trips from the bottom of the drive to deliver 2 very heavy boxes which he did without complaint. Delivery time was as expected. Thank you.

I brushed it off because I live in Singapore but the thing is, my parcel is already IN Singapore since 23 March. I contacted their support team through their gmail and still no reply? First time using their service and its definitely a bad impression. I understand if its late a day le two but this is unacceptable.
