Was expecting a 'Next day business" delivery on 14 th April and have had to call for an update despite receiving daily emails with a 2 hour time slot !
When I explained that the parcel was "time sensitive " I was told -we are running behind of the bank holiday" that was 10 days ago!!! If you are that busy and your driver hasn't departed by 9 am then don't take on any more deliveries that you cannot guarantee !
