Placed an order online and paid for next day delivery knowing I would be in to receive my order. Received a text the morning of my due delivery day confirming the two hour window that I would expect my parcel. That window passed with no further communication. I entered the consignment number on the couriers website and the delivery time had changed to later in the day. That two hour window also passed with no further communication. I contacted customer services via email asking for confirmation as to when I would now expect my parcel, and an explanation as to why they failed to deliver on the day I payed for. To which I had no response. The parcel arrived a day later and the packaging was in a crumpled state. Poor show.
