Arrived on time is about the only positive I can say.The driver arrived at the incorrect house. He called me and he could speak very minimal understandable English, I walked to meet him and could see he was struggling to turn around in our neighbours very large drive way with his back doors wide open, nearly hitting their cars and fence. Due to watching him struggle in such a large drive way, I thought it best he not drive up our long drive to our home with a smaller amount of turning space, so I had to carry 50kg from the end of our drive while pregnant.Would not recommend.
