This is specific to the Aberdeen airport location, rather than other APCOA locations.
I use it a lot when travelling with business. It is pretty good value and their website/app is quite good too.
The bus to the long stay is a bit flaky but it's a 4 minute walk (so closer than most other airports' short stay car parks).
Customer service is pretty good too.
You can cancel up to 2 hours before, which is useful for my business. There's no phone number. However, they seem to respond quickly to their email (not allowed to attach but easy enough to find on their website) and appear to be actually real people who understand requests!
