At first I thought I had problems with the automated parking fees at T2 Manchester Airport. After checking into the Express zone via the correct lane I was aware of the clock ticking and the parking fee going up almost as fast. Disaster struck as I became blocked into my space by a struggling family trying to load three people and nine enormous suitcases into a Volvo. I recorded the problem with customer services and a very understanding individual wrote back to me with care and due diligence that is heartwarming to behold in this day of AI response and recorded messages. Thank you Samual Fairhurst at the car parking general enquiries department.

Frustrating Experience with Payment Issues

I'm really frustrated with the service as the app still hasn't been resolved. I've attempted to make a payment through the app at Upper Warlingham, but this issue persists weekly. It feels like the support team is ignoring customer complaints, which have been raised since last year. This app needs an urgent upgrade!

Terrible experience with this parking service.

This service is arguably the worst parking option I've ever encountered. They have repeatedly charged me twice, attempted to overcharge me, and even issued a ticket for parking I had already paid for! This marks the fourth time I've faced issues with them. Despite reaching out via email multiple times, I have received no response. As an expectant mother, I simply cannot afford to be taken advantage of like this.

Frustrating Experience with Prepaid Parking

I prepaid for my parking, but when I arrived at the gate, it wouldn’t let me through and insisted I pay again. It wasn’t until I requested to speak with a staff member that they asked for my booking reference and name, allowing me to exit. It seemed like several others were facing the same issue, and there was a lack of clear signage to inform customers.

Issues with Incorrect PCNs at the Station

At the station, the service has been consistently issuing incorrect parking charge notices (PCNs). My troubles started in 2023 when I received three PCNs, which I successfully appealed as the car owner. Now that I have a leased vehicle, the lease company automatically pays these PCNs, stripping me of my right to appeal and resulting in financial loss. In January 2025, I received another PCN that I managed to appeal after it was already paid by the lease company, but it took me three months to get my money back. Between November and December 2025, I received five more PCNs despite having a monthly parking ticket purchased for £139.30. I park daily for my commute, yet these notices are issued on random days, not consistently as one would expect if I hadn't paid. Today is December 17th, and I first contacted the service on December 1st to appeal the already paid PCN. Since then, I've received four more notices and have had no response to my initial email. I have sent four additional emails and called twice without success. I wonder how long it will take the service to respond to this review, and if they do, perhaps they could also reply to my emails.
