Shoddy workmanship, and this is the second time. I bought a monthly parking permit on Thu, and on Sat I was fined. I asked the parking officer (who was still around when I noticed the fine) and he said my numberplate was not in the list. I asked him to call there and then the office to confirm. He did, and the office said they could not access APCOA server to confirm. Now, they took my money instantly and 48 hours later they had not yet updated their files. This is one of the worst services I ever experienced. As I said, this is the second time, the other day I had paid the daily fee and the parking officer still fined me because they could not verify with their servers.
