Using the app was a complete disaster! I had used it before without issues, but this time it wouldn't accept my card. After trying to add funds, the app crashed, taking €5.00 from me and leaving me with an inaccessible balance. I reached out for a refund, but they only returned the remaining balance. Why should I be charged for a non-functioning app? I want my full amount back!
