Bought the whole system unfortunately the belt part wraps 1 1/2 times around my waist so it laps over the electrodes leaving no way to secure or work, if the put the velcore on the outside instead of inside it would be fine but thats not how its made. Was offered a refund given the address to send to and tol refund would be sent 24 to 60 hours after I provided tracking info.....its been 10days I've opened a formal complaint and the have completely ghosted me....once they got their item via verified delivery it went complete crickets and no refund....beginning to think its a scam.
