horrible customer service and payments taken off credit card for stuff i didnt order and will continue making 1 star reviews ever 24 hours untill someone gets a hold of me, ive sent multiple emails the entire month and got nothing back besides more charges to my credit card not mention this "business" is out of a house, 46 Zantella Court, Vaughan, Ontairo. which is a house.....no businesses anywhere near there.
My husband had me order the ab stimulator device and we had an issue that required customer service. The company responded quickly and professionally and the issue was totally resolved. We would recommend this company to anyone who is on the fence about ordering their products.
I purchased the NextGen Red Light Therapy Hat from ApeBorn Fitness hoping it would help with hair/scalp health. Unfortunately, the unit I received was defective and unsafe.
Customer service was initially slow and unhelpful—delayed replies, ignored details, and offers like replacement or gift card reimbursement instead of proper refund/shipping support. This prolonged the frustration.
Thankfully, the Head of Customer Success reached out directly, apologised, and processed a full refund very quickly. I really appreciate them taking my feedback seriously and resolving it promptly.
While the original experience was distressing and should never have happened, I’m grateful for the fair outcome.
The product shipped and was delivered quickly. It is well packaged and the instructed clear. It takes a little bit getting used to how the different modes and intensities feel, but once you do the experience is great. I mostly use the ab belt. The smaller ones work well on the biceps and calves.
I do not find this to be what was presented it doesn’t fit snugly and only half is working. I regret buying more than one part before trying. I brought the waist and the thigh stuff and I’m not a satisfied customer.
I eally did not expect the intensity of the contractions on the arms, it makes me feel like I have done several reps at the gym. this week I a mgoing to try and start to add some gym time to my routine as well and see how that goes.
If possible, this would be a ZERO Star review - Quick to process your payment - and for me, as of this testimonial, NOTHING Received. It's been a month. Not the noted 9-10 business days when purchasing from the US. I had to engage my credit card company to reverse the payment and to issue a new CC... Please, avoid this entity...it screams scam.... Good luck!
I've been using this product for about two weeks now, and it's performing wonderfully. I apply it twice daily, in the morning and at night, and my friend has been using it too. I'll share a video once I achieve the results I'm aiming for, but I'm definitely making great progress. Thank you!
