I have faced a consistently poor experience with the company, as communication has been lacking. Messages often go unanswered, requiring numerous follow-ups. Even when I do get a response, commitments—especially regarding repairs—are frequently not fulfilled, leaving me in a difficult situation. I cannot recommend them.
