We were looking for a guaranteed rent service and received assistance from a representative who guided us through the initial steps to see if the company could meet our needs. Right from the start, I valued the communication from the representative, who clearly outlined what the company could provide and was honest about the expectations regarding our property and its location, which might hinder their ability to assist us. Despite this, the representative took the information we provided and conducted a thorough investigation before giving us a detailed response, which I greatly appreciated. Although the company was unable to assist with this property, I would not hesitate to reach out to them again in the future due to the clear communication and straightforward service we experienced.

Completely unacceptable service. This has been the worst experience I have encountered with any company. They misled me, neglected my property, and only offered a fraction of the cost needed for repairs. I strongly advise against using their services. Utterly disgraceful.
I have faced a consistently poor experience with the company, as communication has been lacking. Messages often go unanswered, requiring numerous follow-ups. Even when I do get a response, commitments—especially regarding repairs—are frequently not fulfilled, leaving me in a difficult situation. I cannot recommend them.
