First, regarding the product: I found the aftertaste unpleasant and the powder difficult to mix into a smooth drink. My primary concern with this company relates to its customer service practices. Two months ago, I received my first shipment of six strawberry-flavored packs. After contacting the company about my dissatisfaction with the taste, they requested that I return the product at my own expense, which was $30. Yesterday I discovered they charged me again, so immediately I emailed and called to figure out why, and I was told that I didn't cancel my subscription when I returned the product to them, so now they had to charge me and already shipped me the same product that I hated and returned :-(The company support representative informed me, after consulting with his manager, that I would need to pay from my own pocket, again, for the return delivery (another $30), and that they would refund only the cost of the product afterward. This is a prime example of poor customer service, and I would recommend avoiding this company.
