I emailed Apex Labs before I received the order in order to cancel it based on my doctor’s instructions to not take these pills. No response. I called the day after I received the package and they claimed they have no record of the order & was told to call Digistore. Digistore cancelled the order & said that Aox labs will send the return instructions. I called and once again, Apex labs claimed they can’t find the order. I provided the order no. And the email from them confirming the order for shipment.I strongly advise not to buy from this company. Incompetent staff and they make ut difficult to return the products despite claims of refunds if not satisfied. Robotic emails claiming they gave no record of the order when they had confirmed it.Do not ever buy from this place!!!
First, regarding the product: I found the aftertaste unpleasant and the powder difficult to mix into a smooth drink. My primary concern with this company relates to its customer service practices. Two months ago, I received my first shipment of six strawberry-flavored packs. After contacting the company about my dissatisfaction with the taste, they requested that I return the product at my own expense, which was $30. Yesterday I discovered they charged me again, so immediately I emailed and called to figure out why, and I was told that I didn't cancel my subscription when I returned the product to them, so now they had to charge me and already shipped me the same product that I hated and returned :-(The company support representative informed me, after consulting with his manager, that I would need to pay from my own pocket, again, for the return delivery (another $30), and that they would refund only the cost of the product afterward. This is a prime example of poor customer service, and I would recommend avoiding this company.
I knew they were going to do a sales pitch as soon as I opened the video. It's also all BS and lies and doesn't work and not endorsed by the FDA. Don't buy or subscribe or you'll find it nearly impossible to cancel. Read all the negative reviews on Trustpilot.
I ordered a weight loss supplement from this company on December 5th. I paid good money for this product, as well, had to pay US exchange rate. Received product on January 6, 2026, 31 days after ordering. Used product for about 28 days. This product was not for me. I followed instructions accordingly. I was not losing, if anything I gained. I emailed the contact person at Apex to ask the procedure on returning the remainder of this product and to receive my reimbursement back.I was advised that I was over the trial period of 60 days. I only had the product in my possession for 28 days, the rest of the time was in delivery. I expressed this to the contact person, but to no avail. Their excuse was they had no control over delivery status.This is not my fault that 30 days of my trial period was chewed up in delivery. Company should be advised by delivery company when product was delivered so that the trial can begin at that point. Situations like this should be looked at on an individual basis. I ordered this product in good faith....did not work for me....I just want my money back!!!
