Initially, the rental vehicle had issues; midway through, the driver's window became stuck and was unusable. Furthermore, the battery in the key fob was weak, preventing it from starting the car, even with the key inside. When I arrived at the service center for a replacement, the staff member who assisted us was slow and indifferent. She failed to communicate clearly, leaving us confused about the next steps. While she mentioned checking with mechanics about the window, she later informed us that we needed a replacement vehicle. After that, she vanished without any updates or information. When she returned, she attended to other customers while we waited for over an hour. Apparently, she had just come back from lunch, while we remained hungry and anxious for the replacement vehicle. Altogether, we waited for more than an hour, and her attitude and service were completely unacceptable, especially given the service's reputation for top customer service in the area for 2024. I am utterly disheartened and frustrated by this experience, particularly since no apology was offered.
