Cancellation fee at 10 days out is 20% of the total rental - up to $100. This is totally unreasonable for doing absolutely nothing when you have done all the work in their electronic booking system.Then, they charged my credit card twice! As such, this is illegal in New Zealand.Boycot this company. They are thieves.
