Initially, the rental vehicle had issues; midway through, the driver's window became stuck and was unusable. Additionally, the key fob's battery was weak, making it difficult to start the car even with the key inside. When I arrived at the service location for a replacement vehicle, the staff member assisting us was slow and indifferent. She did not communicate effectively or clearly, leaving us confused about what would happen next. Initially, she mentioned checking with the mechanics regarding the window issue and later informed us that a car replacement was necessary. However, she then left without providing any updates or information about the next steps. Upon her return, she prioritized other customers while we waited for over an hour. It seemed she had just returned from her lunch break, while we remained hungry and anxious for the replacement vehicle. In total, we waited for more than an hour, and her demeanor and level of service were utterly unacceptable, which is surprising given the service's reputation for top customer service in the area for 2024. I am completely disheartened and disappointed by this experience, especially since no apology was offered.
