The service provides very poor support and unreliable tracking. My parcel was marked as 'Arrived at Facility' but showed no updates for over two weeks, missing the delivery deadline. When I sought help, I received conflicting responses—one stating it was still in their warehouse due to backlog, and another claiming it had already arrived in Australia but they had no visibility. The support team refused to investigate, closed tickets automatically, and shifted the blame back to the seller. Tracking is pointless, accountability is absent, and customer support offers scripted excuses instead of genuine help. I would not trust this service with any important delivery.
