My parcel was marked as “Arrived at Facility” but then showed no updates for over two weeks, missing the delivery deadline. When I reached out to the support team, I received completely contradictory information — one representative stated the parcel was still in the warehouse awaiting export due to backlog, while another claimed it had already arrived in Australia but there was no visibility. Support was unhelpful, automatically closing tickets and shifting the responsibility back to the seller. Tracking is ineffective, accountability is lacking, and customer support offers scripted excuses instead of genuine help. I would not rely on this service for any important or time-sensitive deliveries.

All parcels I order from the UK take nearly two weeks to even show as sent. Once they arrive in my country, there is NEVER any tracking update, except to confirm arrival. After that, it feels like a gamble on whether the parcel will actually arrive. 95% of the parcels that do arrive are usually LATE! I'm tired of waiting for items that are supposedly in the country yet the delivery service has no clue about their exact location.
I regularly deal with a company that insists on using this service for international shipping. This year, I've had five parcels scanned at a local hub, only to remain inactive for weeks or months. All inquiries are met with automated replies that fail to answer my questions, and further emails are ignored. Only when I leave negative feedback do I receive a human response, but they often sidestep my questions about my parcels' locations, claiming, 'once it's in your country, it's not our responsibility.' It's absurd to keep seeking refunds for parcels that tracking shows are clearly within my country.
Another unreliable shipping company with exorbitant fees, poor service, and questionable practices. I ordered from a vendor in the US, and they demanded 40% of my order's cost (before shipping) for 'fees,' requesting my credit card details from an Office email that is no longer operational. I will never use this shipping company again.
They claimed to have no visibility on my items due to the service level paid for by the retailer. After tracking it every day, all tracking suddenly vanished, and customer service informed me they only monitor items until they arrive in Australia. Now, I have no idea where my items are. They told me to contact the retailer, who is also unhelpful. I just want my books for studying. Very frustrating.
I can’t give a 0-star review, so I’ll settle for one. My replacement book (for the first one they lost) seems to have gone missing as well. Previously, I had no issues with a different book from this company. Despite sharing a logo with another postal service, they claim to be separate entities and have no control over deliveries. This has been ongoing for three months and shows no sign of resolution.
