10hours after placing an order at ASOS, APG sent me an email saying the package has been shipped and I owe them 20GBP for customs fee and handling.I contacted ASOS because it usually takes them at least a couple of weeks before the order is shipped and the custom fee is way too much for what i’ve ordered. They told me that my order is still in process and it has not left the warehouse yet. I sent an email to APG asking for the breakdown of the charge but they only sent me another email asking for 20GBP with no further explanation.I’m so glad I read reviews here. Thank you Trustpilot and all reviewers! I am canceling my order.It seems that now ASOS is partnered with this questionable and nontransparent company. I guess i won’t be ordering from ASOS again:(
