NO WAY. I see these reviews are old, here is an update of where this company is now. I signed up with this company and initially was excited, they sounded on the ball. My account was taken over and within a week there were huge red flags, the person was not doing proper math, having me transferring from bank to bank the incorrect amounts, forgetting to do tasks and after I paid $1200 for a clean up of my books it was ruined in weeks. I paid another $300 a month for full service. Nothing at all was done right, it was all done in reverse, and when I brought it up, Rachel the manager I guess started reversing things on my as if it was my fault, not offering a solution, no sorry, nothing while I had their head bookkeeper Nate verifying the mess that as made on my account by the account manager I had, it was disastrous was done. I had to spend two more hours with Nate fixing what I was paying to be done? Who does that?The passed me off to Nate because they had no capable account manager and said Nate will help you then you will need to find another company, kept every dime only offering to refund a bank account they knew very well I closed as I made the company name change, almost as though they knew I couldn’t do a chargeback since this account was closed so they gave me the big F-off. Nate is great, hopefully he will move to another company, the management there has no clue about building customer relationships and the owner is not really an owner, Larry hides and passes of issue to the inexperienced management team. Refusing to refund me now after spending $1900 and handed a huge mess. Nate, go somewhere else, you are the only person that knows anything there, you wont be appreciated for cleaning up others messes
