After placing my order, I realized within a couple of hours that I needed to cancel and use a different payment method. Instead of a simple refund, the company informed me that they could only provide store credit for another scooter, which contradicted the policy stated on their website. This didn't instill much confidence. After some back-and-forth, they acknowledged their mistake and processed a refund, but we were shorted 3%, a fee that wasn't clearly stated in their documentation. Ultimately, we lost time, trust, and money over a same-day cancellation. It's unfortunate, as I was genuinely interested in buying a scooter. Now, I share my experience with others to prepare them for what to expect before placing an order.
