I discovered a sale and decided to purchase a new model. This device is incredibly well-constructed, smooth, and a joy to ride. I appreciate the range, especially since it fits nicely in my trunk. The customer support team is very responsive and assisted me in updating the firmware on my controller to keep everything up to date. I feel confident that if I encounter any issues, reaching out for parts or assistance will be straightforward. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. It’s one thing to create an excellent product, but providing reliable support that makes me feel valued as a customer is truly exceptional. That’s hard to come by. When my budget permits, I will definitely consider getting their top-tier model.
The excitement that comes with receiving the tracking number for the latest model can only be likened to a child's joy on Christmas Eve. In 2025, the expectations were raised yet again. I have owned various models and can attest that they are indeed “electric scooters”, each packed with features tailored to deliver unique riding experiences. The company consistently meets those expectations. However, the latest model goes beyond previous iterations, resembling a “stand-up motorcycle” without the engine noise and with enhanced safety. The more time you spend with it, the more you appreciate owning it and the effort the company put into its design. Every single ride leaves me amazed by its performance and safety. Living in a region with harsh weather, I have commuted through strong winds, rain, snow, and even ice without any issues. I wouldn't advise riding in such conditions unless you're an experienced rider with the right gear. Nevertheless, I highly recommend riding this model often and yes… practice is key. The steering damper is worth the investment, as it significantly enhances stability and performance. This “scooter” is quite heavy, making it difficult to lift and carry beyond a few steps. Here too, practice is vital. You can lift it from the right side with your left hand on the stem and your right underneath the deck, but be cautious of the closed kickstand, which can snag your pants pocket, leaving you in a tricky situation while trying to manage its weight. The model is built robustly for a reason, designed for aggressive riding. I recommend finding a quiet road to safely practice reaching top speed. Always wear a helmet, start by riding slowly during daylight, and check for any potholes. If the road is clear, practice both slow and maximum acceleration, as well as slow and maximum regenerative braking. If you live in a rural area near mountains, keep in mind that the top speed of this model is 44mph, while a mountain lion can reach 50mph. In that case, consider upgrading to the Stellar Edition, which has a top speed of 52mph, leaving those pesky mountain lions behind… defeated. 🙂
Solid scooter with impressive acceleration that you can conveniently adjust. It handles hills well and offers a decent range. However, the handlebars can rotate slightly around the center of the tube, which is a letdown. Additionally, the hex keys included in the toolset are of low quality and can easily round off, especially when tightening the headset during assembly.
I got the phantom during the summer and it has truly impressed me. I've been using it nearly every day since without any problems. There have been some close calls, but its agility and control enable quick reactions in various situations. I highly recommend it. I'm really enjoying my experience.
I was genuinely eager to purchase a scooter… until the customer service experience led me to reconsider. After placing my order, I realized within a couple of hours that I needed to cancel and use a different payment method. Instead of a simple refund, the company informed me that they could only provide store credit for another scooter, which contradicted the policy stated on their website. This didn't instill much confidence. After some back-and-forth, they acknowledged their mistake and processed a refund, but we were shorted 3%, a fee that wasn't clearly stated in their documentation. Ultimately, we lost time, trust, and money over a same-day cancellation. It's unfortunate, as I was genuinely interested in buying a scooter. Now, I share my experience with others to prepare them for what to expect before placing an order.

I had a minor issue with the first one, but all concerns were resolved quickly and effectively by their outstanding customer service.
