Personally, I opt not to use the armband; I prefer to clip it on my collar, pants, or keep it in my pocket. I think user issues stem from two main points: the watch concept seems impractical (given that your nervous system is centralized, why isn’t the device placed there?), and if you’re mostly healthy, the benefits may not be as apparent because you already feel well.
