I have faced various health challenges that this has helped with for more than three years. Generally, as I feel better, I tend to notice its effects less. Having experienced both good and poor health, I believe this influences the differing opinions. Personally, I avoid using the armband and prefer to clip it instead. I attach it to my collar, my pants, or just keep it in my pocket. I believe user challenges stem from two main points: first, the watch concept seems impractical (given that your nervous system is centralized, why isn’t the device placed there?), and second, if you’re generally healthy, the advantages may go unnoticed since you already feel fine.

After reading several online reviews, I decided to try the device for sleep. However, the waves kept me alert (even on low intensity), and after two hours, I still couldn't fall asleep. The first night, I only managed 2-3 hours of sleep. Instead of helping me relax, it seemed to disturb me. I also tried the sleep mode later, but it only made my sleep worse. Perhaps it’s just not suited for me.
My friend and I have been using this for about 2.5 years. It seems to be nothing more than a placebo effect. Many times, I forget to wear it and don’t feel like I’m missing anything, so I continue using it simply because I paid for it. Additionally, the company seems to be profiting excessively. For instance, they charge $99 a year for features that seem like arbitrary changes in vibration frequency.
Caution advised! While I find that the device has improved my sleep, the battery has failed after 2 years. After spending $400, I’m now informed I need to pay $150 for a new pod. This is far too much for a device with a battery expected to last just one year (as stated by customer service).
I purchased this device a month ago, and I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my sleep, with fewer night awakenings. I feel generally better during the day, likely due to improved sleep. Additionally, I seem less sensitive to daily stress and can concentrate better. I use different settings throughout the day based on my activities, and it appears to be effective. The improvement is subtle but noticeable, and I would certainly recommend it.
I’m really enjoying this device. The benefits became apparent surprisingly quickly. The vibrations are subtle yet effective, and I’ve noticed improvements in my calmness and groundedness throughout the day. It has become an essential part of my routine, easing stress and enhancing my focus, even improving my evenings and sleep. I feel less reactive and better able to handle busy or overwhelming moments. The device is simple, comfortable, and user-friendly. It feels like a gentle yet powerful support for my nervous system—non-invasive and surprisingly effective. I’m glad I made this investment and would recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable way to enhance their well-being.
While the concept of vagus nerve stimulation seems valid, the design and execution of this product leave much to be desired. It primarily targets the large health market, especially Apple users. While there is an Android app, it is not functional despite being available for over three years. It frequently corrupts data, fails to load sleep data, and when it does, it’s often inaccurate or incomplete. The history occasionally doesn’t show activity, gives incorrect duration times, and records activities I didn’t initiate. It struggles to connect, often taking 20-30 seconds, and frequently fails. The app’s rating on the Google Play store is just 2.9, while the Apple store rating is 4.4, which is significantly better. I wouldn’t recommend this device to Android users due to the app's bugs making it unreliable and difficult to use. I can’t comment on the device’s performance with the Apple app but plan to get an iPhone to see if I can salvage this costly investment. Support from the company has been poor, providing no solutions for the Android app issues. Update: Using the Apple app is slightly better than the poor Android version, but my device is now faulty, and I’ve been waiting three weeks for a replacement that hasn’t even shipped yet. It seems new customers are prioritized over existing ones, and support only offers excuses for the delays.

Apollo Neuroscience is pioneering a new category of wearable technology that actively improves health, using touch therapy to promote stress resilience, sleep, focus, recovery, and more. We believe that the human body is powerful, resilient, and has the capacity to heal. When we can tap into our ability to balance and calm the nervous system, we can take better control over our mental and physical health. Feeling well doesn’t have to be a struggle.
We built the Apollo Neuro technology because current health tools often don’t cut it. Meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork may help, but are often not enough on their own. And they’re really hard to learn and and even harder to work into your daily routines, especially when you’re already busy and feeling stressed. The Apollo wearable puts you back in the driver’s seat.
Unlike other wearables, this is not a biometric tracking device. Apollo is a therapeutic wearable, designed to be worn discreetly on the wrist, ankle, or anywhere by clipping it to your clothing, that works by sending gentle vibrations to the body that signal safety to the brain. It's a safe, non-invasive way to relax, get the sleep you need, focus your attention, and find your flow. Using the Apollo wearable consistently over time helps to retrain your nervous system, helping you recover from stress and feel better overall.See more
