To return you must answer questions and provide the serial number Why?....they already have it. Next the return must go to the "returns department" for approval. Next the return is then reviewed to determine if a refund will be issued. We did receive the refund minus the shipping. I am still receiving marketing information from Apollo even after the return and refund. Mostly a marketing and data grab.
