I received a gift voucher and added it to the app, but it is not functioning for online medicine purchases. I clearly communicated to the support representatives that I need an online voucher since I cannot visit a physical store. Unfortunately, the customer service has been very unsatisfactory. The representatives do not grasp the actual problem and incorrectly insist that it is 'resolved.' They are attempting to close the complaint without offering any genuine solution. To clarify once more: • The voucher is added to the app • It does NOT work for online purchases • I cannot visit a physical location • I urgently need to buy medicines online This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I request an immediate resolution or proper assistance from a knowledgeable representative who understands online voucher usage.
