Don’t order anything from here as they don’t send things on time. Totally time waste. They take 24hours to cancel the order. Have no idea about the refund. It’s better to purchase offline as it will save your time and energy.
Apollo Pharmacy workers do not know how to talk to customers properly, they do not have proper common sense because they act in a way that hurts customers. They speak in singular and say angrily, "Don't touch that, don't touch that, what do you want, we will give it to you." This behavior of theirs makes me very sad and annoyed. Customers are God, if you make customers sad, is it okay if you behave irresponsibly?

I am extremely disappointed to report that my issue remains unresolved, despite numerous follow-ups with the customer support team. I received a gift voucher and added it to the app, but it is not functioning for online medicine purchases. I clearly communicated to the support representatives that I need an online voucher since I cannot visit a physical store. Unfortunately, the customer service has been very unsatisfactory. The representatives do not grasp the actual problem and incorrectly insist that it is 'resolved.' They are attempting to close the complaint without offering any genuine solution. To clarify once more: • The voucher is added to the app • It does NOT work for online purchases • I cannot visit a physical location • I urgently need to buy medicines online This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I request an immediate resolution or proper assistance from a knowledgeable representative who understands online voucher usage. If this issue is not addressed quickly, I will have to escalate it to higher authorities. I look forward to a prompt and effective resolution.
One star is the lowest I can give. The delivery time is ridiculous, and the staff is impolite. They really waste your time. Orders are quickly confirmed but then abruptly canceled without clear reasons, citing unexpected technical issues. I find it unacceptable that they split orders and cancel parts without prior notice. They need to be more careful before confirming orders and honor their commitments.
I placed an order on the 17th with a delivery date of the 18th, which I was fine with. However, the delivery date kept getting pushed back each day, eventually reaching the 24th. No one proactively communicates with you. Their customer service is dreadful, repeating the same standard phrases regardless of the situation. If I could rate them a one for customer service, I would.
