There are so many things wrong with this software. And with any online software you are pretty much stuck because all of your data is in their system and only some things can be exported. This makes it hard to move to another software.Their support response time is very slow when doing a chat.You cannot delete anything. ie I created a new property and didn't do the import at the same time so I had to start over and "hide" the first property.There are multiple steps to pay everything. You can't just record a check. Almost nothing can be edited. I have 30 mortgage payments to record and the principal and interest need to be adjusted after the fact. Once you record as paid you can't make changes. You have to void the transaction and start over.The only highlight is the tenant communication. This seems to work fairly well.
