I hate everything about this platform but current issue is that as a vendor, they offer zero help to us. If we need to update any company info, we have to reach out to 17 management companies and ask them to update the portal. If work order notification are not coming into our email I have to reach out to 17 managers and ask them to issue a support ticket. This is a waste of time for both vendors and managers. Vendors should be able to update info in their portal and have it sent to all managers at once.

Terrible customer service. They charge for everything. Doesn't integrate. Very expensive

No way to contact them when they scam you out of your money

My building uses AppFolio for rental payments. I had my credit card saved as a payment method as well as my bank account but I never used the credit card because of the fees AppFolio charges, however the credit card was first on the drop down. One time I thought I had changed the drop down to my bank account but the click didn’t go through and it was on my credit card. I hit submit without realizing it and immediately tried to contact Appfolio to see if they could cancel the payment and allow me to pay by check but there is literally no way to contact them if you are a tenant, they will tel you to contact your property management but I did that and my property management says they can’t do anything about Appfolio fees. It’s absolutely unacceptable that this company has no customer service for tenants and no recourse if you are charged extra fees. They should not be in business.

Been here for a while and I can say I’m very happy always on time with my issues and I really don’t have any complaint

Appfolio shpuld be zero star…

These people could use a zero star rating. IRS does better response. The worst customer service ever. It is over one year, still no help to get the payment module working. No one will; ever call. They call their case called after something is doen, they dont verify the problem is solved

Worst Customer Service

I’ve used Appfolio for 8 years. In that time, prices have soared and customer service has become nonexistent. It’s nearly impossible to speak to a person nd if you do, they don’t speak legible English.I have residents with email addresses that Appfolio doesn’t recognize. I’ve submitted service tickets, been assured it’s corrected and nothing changes.This year, it only sent invoices to 1/2 of my residents. Appfolio claims that’s not possible…it happened.This week it sent demand notices to users with zero balances. I’ve had it, shopping for new service.

Will take your payment but will NOT respond to ANYONE

They process HOA dues for Legacy properties who is property management for White Horse Ranch in Bozeman, Montana. I have had an ongoing issue with their software and charging a processing fee twice because it won't take a full payment. Takes it in two separate transactions. Even the property management for our HOA has NOT been able to reach them to solve the issue. Totally unresponsive. I will be lobbying our HOA to find another company to handle dues. Zero customer service.

The product is a solid software but the support is the worst I have ever seen. Trust me you will never talk with a human no matter what your issue is. I would stay away from the product for that reason.

Poor Customer Support

Were extremely communicative during the sales process and got us into a 2 year contract, but are extremely slow to respond with any questions or customer support after they sell you. Extremely frustrating. Be careful.
