I earned enough for a $15 gift card, but it was sent to the in-app wallet. The app crashes every time I attempt to access it. After two weeks, I finally managed to claim the card through the web version, only to discover that it's either already used or invalid. It feels like I received an old card. If they wanted to make claiming difficult, it seems like a tactic to blame users for the app's problems. This has been the worst experience I've had with any app, and I'm quite experienced. I intend to report this to the relevant authorities. This situation is unacceptable.
