If they intended to make claiming difficult, it seems like a way to shift blame onto users for app issues. This app fails to track your progress in completing offers. I've encountered this issue with multiple offers. After receiving initial points for the first milestones, it stops tracking when I reach the larger point pool. Don't waste your time with this app.
This app would benefit from shutting down entirely. They rarely credit time-consuming offers and cease communication after resolving a few initial issues. I informed them today that I will delete the app and report them for unfair practices and missing rewards. I lost over 10,000 points, which is nearly $10—completely unfair. I even inquired about this, but received no response. Furthermore, after my first complaint, the support option mysteriously disappeared, leaving me with only email contact. They are a scam, revealing their true nature over time. I've experienced numerous bugs and scam ads after downloading their apps and offers. Never spend money on in-app purchases; they won't credit you, and it worsens the situation when they don't reward you and have your payment information. SCAM!
I began using this service at the end of 2022 and had a generally positive experience with offers, most of which worked well. Some didn’t track my progress, but I learned that if I email them, they will credit me for the entire offer (if it's a single goal and I provide screenshots) or the first two levels of a multi-goal offer. They then request that I refrain from working on the offer since it's no longer tracking. This is much better than what I've read about other platforms that simply dismiss users' claims. Their customer service is excellent. When I became busy and didn’t complete any offers for a year, my account was automatically deactivated. I reached out on January 20th, and they reactivated my account the next day, answering all my questions about their deactivation process. I've had my share of poor customer service experiences, so having responsive support is a huge plus. Regarding competitors, many seem to require excessive personal information, which is concerning. This service sends gift cards within 24 hours as promised, and based on my experience, I have no reason to doubt them while being wary of competitors who ask for too much personal data.
