I earned enough for a $15 gift card, but it was sent to the in-app wallet. The app crashes every time I try to access it. After two weeks, I finally managed to claim the card through the web version, only to find that it's already been used or is invalid. It feels like I was given an old card. If they intended to make claiming difficult, it seems like a way to shift blame onto users for app issues. This has been the worst experience I've had with any app, and I consider myself quite experienced. I plan to report this to the appropriate authorities. This situation is unacceptable.
