Absolutely terrible customer service. I went to the store for a booked appointment showing my QR code to the staff only to be told that the person who booked the appointment had made a mistake. The female ‘manager’ was of no help at all and made it quite clear that even though I had travelled for two hours for the appointment there was nothing she could do other than tell me to ‘come back another day’ After my protest that the mistake in booking was by Apple staff she directed me to a junior team member. That employee very obviously did not want to assist and started off on some generic information which was of no use at all and not what a booked an appointment. While talking he was constantly looking at browsing customers that he clearly wanted to serve rather than ‘waste his time’ with me. At that point I was so upset and frustrated that I walked out of the store having wasted four hours of my life. Of course mistakes happen but the dreadful attitude of the staff and especially the ‘manager’ speak loudly of the arrogance that dominates their approach to customers. Their products are wonderful so of course we keep using them but their attitude to customers who ask for help is sadly disappointing and from other reviews I see I am not the only one.
